We support importing original files into Dessix. Simply drag and drop files onto the canvas.

Import Steps
- Prepare Files: Ensure your file format is in the supported list above
- Open Canvas: Open the workspace in Dessix where you want to import files
- Drag and Drop: Drag files directly onto the canvas area
- Wait for Processing: The system will automatically process and parse file content
- Start Using: Once import is complete, you can start editing and using the file content
Important Notes
- File size limit is 10MB
- Complex Excel files may require longer processing time
- PDF files will be converted to editable text format
- Imported files will maintain their original structure and formatting

Why can't I import my file?
Please check the following:
- Is the file format in the supported list?
- Is the file corrupted or encrypted?
- Is your network connection stable?
- Does the file size exceed the 10MB limit?
Can I edit imported files?
Yes, imported file content can be edited and modified in Dessix. The system converts file content into an editable format.
Will imported files retain their original formatting?
The system will preserve the original file format and structure as much as possible, but some complex formatting may be simplified for easier editing.
